What does founding access include?+

Founding access includes two months free, low founding pricing locked for two years, unlimited admin and support staff, direct founder access, help with data migration, onboarding support, weekly rollout check-ins, and priority support.

Why are you only taking on 10 founding clinics?+

We want to work closely with each founding clinic, understand real workflows, and make sure the product is shaped by practices that are a strong fit for Atlas.

Will you help us move from our current system?+

Yes. Founding access includes free help with data migration and white-glove onboarding so switching feels practical and supported.

How is client data protected?+

Atlas is built with privacy and security in mind for Australian allied health providers. Data is hosted on secure Australian infrastructure and handled in line with Australian privacy obligations, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We use industry-standard security practices such as encrypted connections, access controls, secure authentication, backups, and infrastructure monitoring to help protect sensitive health information. All data is stored in Australia.

Is this final pricing?+

No. The founding offer is deliberately low while we validate the product, pricing, and ideal customer profile. Founding pricing is locked for two years for accepted founding clinics.
